Take a few moments to set an intention for your day soon after waking. Notice how it feels to be supported by your bed...and breathe deeply. Feel your belly rise like a balloon. Let it all go with a long, slow sigh. Do this three times, paying attention to how the breath feels in your body. Now turn to your mind. How do you want to show up today?
